VIPM– VENKATESWARA INSTITUTE OF PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT, under Venkateswara Educational Trust was established in 2006 with the prime objective of introducing various industry need based professional degree programs and nurturing underprivileged students most proficiently, so that they can take on the world tomorrow. In its attempt to act as a pioneer in the education arena in Brahmapur and other parts of the state of Odisha, it has received a boost in the form of permission from the department of higher education, Govt. of Odisha to introduce BBA and BCA programs in collaboration with Vikram Deb Autonomous College, Jeypore (Koraput), in 2010 & Govt. Autonomous College, Phulbani (Kandhamal), in 2015.
VIPM’s enormous experience along with its commitment and confidence, will help to achieve high standard of teaching and enable its students to face the challenges from the corporate World. VIPM College Berhampur, affiliated with Berhampur University, offers full-time professional university degrees and strives to provide timely, high-quality education in various disciplines to students from all walks of life. The college aims to create a multicultural environment that challenges students intellectually and professionally, while also instilling in them knowledge, skills, confidence, leadership, professional ethics, human values, and discipline necessary for success in their careers in both government and private sectors, as well as their contributions to society. In addition to its commitment to the overall development of its students, VIPM College has been granted permission by the Department of Higher Education in Odisha to offer three-year undergraduate programs in Business Administration (BBA) and Computer Applications (BCA) in the field of Information Technology from the academic year 2012-13. This college is recognized for its role in providing opportunities for students in the IT and management fields, particularly in Southern Odisha, and contributes to the socio-economic development of the region by creating quality human resources that address the significant gap between government and private sector organizations, ultimately working towards the nation’s development through the efforts of its enlightened citizens.
